Separately, four purchase transactions were disclosed, involving a total of 37,500 reference securities, also in the same price range, and due to mature between November 2026 and September 2027. The total amount paid for these purchases was $2,521,368.6366.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley and is noted in the disclosure as having made these dealings as unsolicited client facilitation. The resultant balance after each transaction was reported to be zero.
