CHK OIL (00632) announced that Mr. Lin Wenjie has resigned from his position as company secretary, ceased to act as the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules"), and as the Company's authorized representative for the acceptance and service of legal process or notices to be served on the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules (the "Process Agent"), all effective from August 1, 2025. The Board of Directors further announced that Mr. Zheng Zhensheng has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative and process agent, all effective from August 1, 2025. Mr. Zheng was also appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer on the same date.
