SHENG YUAN HLDG (00851) announced that effective September 30, 2025, Ms. Li Hongli has been appointed as executive director and chief executive officer of the company. Additionally, Mr. Zhou Quan, chairman of the board of directors, has been reassigned from executive director to non-executive director, while Mr. Zhao Yun, formerly the chief executive officer, has been reassigned to vice president of the company.
