4月16日，港股三大指数集体高开，恒指涨0.68%，国指涨0.7%，恒生科技指数涨1.31%。
科指成分股中，百度集团-SW涨3.49%，网易-S涨3.32%，携程集团-S涨3.02%，金蝶国际涨2.83%，阿里巴巴-W涨2.41%。
盘面上，大型科技股普涨，其中百度涨3.5%，阿里巴巴、京东涨超2.2%，腾讯涨1.5%，AI应用概念股、中资券商股、重型机械股、核电股强势，其中迈富时涨5%，中金公司涨近4%，宁德时代领衔锂电池股上涨。
另外，石油股、油气设备股继续走低，一季度净亏损1.5亿元同比转亏，蓝思科技大跌7.68%。
