Hong Kong stock exchange data reveals a notable shareholding change for POLY XVERSE IT (00209) on June 15.
The transaction involved a transfer of shares with a total market value of HK$57.4772 million, representing 6.79% of the company's issued share capital.
A company shareholder transferred 60 million shares to Welab Securities and moved the same number of shares out of Wutong Securities.
The company's financial report for 2025 shows revenue of HK$382 million, a year-on-year decrease of 25.9%.
The loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$92.83 million, widening by 27.1% compared to the previous year.
The basic loss per share was 42.1 HK cents.
