理想汽车-W（股票代码：02015）于2026年8月31日发布翌日披露报表，公告通过香港联交所场内交易回购股份，共计597,500股，占回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股）的约0.0346%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股港币46.98元至48.44元，合计支付价款约港币28,567,909元（折合约2,856.79万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数变更为1,726,070,857股，库藏股份数增至92,254,252股，公司总股本仍为1,818,325,109股。理想汽车-W亦披露，其回购授权于2026年5月29日获股东大会批准，授权总数为214,280,424股，截至目前已累计回购72,662,912股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数的约3.391%。
