APOLLO出行(00860)于2026年7月3日公告，发布截至2026年6月30日止月份的股份变动月报表。
报告显示，公司法定/注册股本维持在200,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.01港元，合计2,000,000,000港元。月报期末已发行股本仍为1,022,438,090股，库藏股为0，与上月底持平。
报告指出，期内未有新增发行、购回或注销等活动，现有可换股债券本金总额维持在300,000,000港元，票面利率为5%，转换价为每股1.54港元，可转换成194,804,000股普通股，相关数据未发生变动。
在股份期权及股权激励方面，2023购股权计划于本月新增53,993,809份购股权，前期已授出的其他购股权数量均保持不变，月内无因行使期权导致的新股份增发。
公司确认，截至6月底仍符合香港联交所主板上市规则所规定的最低公众持股量要求。月报由公司秘书吴卓君签署，公司将持续遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求。
