Helens International Holdings Company Limited announced that it repurchased 475,000 ordinary shares between Nov, 17 2025 and Dec, 11 2025. The repurchased shares had not been cancelled as at Dec, 31 2025.
The company’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1,265,477,524 ordinary shares at the end of December 2025, with no treasury shares held. The authorised share capital also remained unchanged at 500,000,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0000000001 each.
No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were exercised or issued during the month.
