2026年7月13日，集海黄金集团有限公司（02489，下称“公司”）发布自愿性公告，宣布拟在公开市场实施股份回购计划，最高动用资金为20百万元港元。

公司董事会已决定行使2026年6月26日股东周年大会通过的股份购回授权。该授权允许公司按不高于股东周年大会当日已发行股份总数（不含库存股）10%的额度，即最多回购240,000,000股股份。

根据公告，回购期自公告日起生效，将在累计金额达到20百万元港元或该项授权届满（以较早者为准）时结束。回购所需资金全部来自公司自有可用现金，不涉及公司股份在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市所得款项。
