Sau San Tong Maintains Stable Share Base in March 2026; Public Float Requirement Met

For the month ended 31 March 2026, Sau San Tong Holdings Limited reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital, according to the company’s filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 40 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 400.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 78,842,031 ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares also stood at 78,842,031.

No movements were recorded under share option schemes, warrants, convertible instruments, or other share-issuance arrangements during the month.

Sau San Tong confirmed that it satisfied the minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares as stipulated by the GEM Listing Rules.

The submission was authorised by Company Secretary Chan Hin Hang, who affirmed compliance with all applicable listing and regulatory requirements.
