恒发光学控股有限公司（01134）7月29日公告称，主要股东顶锋控股有限公司已于2026年7月24日与一名独立第三方签署并完成股份买卖协议，转让公司147,592,000股股份，占截至公告日期公司已发行股本约29.59%。交易完成后，顶锋控股不再持有公司任何权益。
顶锋控股股权结构显示，非执行董事陈燕华女士持有2%股权，执行董事郭君晖先生及郭君宇先生各持有49%股权。
董事会表示，不预期上述股份转让会对集团现有眼镜业务的运营造成不利影响，该业务仍将作为集团核心业务；同时，公司将继续寻求业务及收入来源多元化的潜在机会。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
