2026年7月23日，友宝在线（02429）发布翌日报表公告，披露于当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股H股共88,000股，约占该次变动前现有已发行股本0.01%。本次回购价格介乎每股2.20港元至2.34港元，合计动用资金约19.99万港元。
公告显示，此次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为946,512,003股，其中已发行股本（不包括库存股份）为937,701,003股，库存股份增加至8,811,000股。
友宝在线提及，此次股份回购根据2026年5月28日获得通过的购回授权进行，允许公司最多回购94,651,200股。截至本次回购，公司累计回购8,811,000股，约占购回授权通过当日已发行股本的0.93%。公司确认本次回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律的规定。
