Y.T. Realty Notifies Shareholders of 2025 Annual Report and AGM Documents Release

On 28 April 2026, Y.T. Realty Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular on director re-election, proposed general mandates to repurchase and issue shares, the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the accompanying form of proxy (collectively, “Current Corporate Communication”) have been published online. Shareholders can now access the documents via the company’s website (www.ytrealtygroup.com.hk) or through Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive printed versions by post. Those preferring physical copies—or facing difficulty accessing electronic versions—may complete the enclosed Reply Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by emailing 75-ecom@vistra.com. Printed materials will be provided free of charge upon request.

To streamline future communication, shareholders are encouraged to supply or update a valid email address via the Reply Form. Without a functional email on record, shareholders will receive only hard-copy notices and actionable corporate communications until an email address is provided.
