• Authorised Capital: The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 3.90 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 each, equivalent to HKD 0.39 million. No authorisation changes were recorded during the month.

• Issued Shares: Issued share capital was unchanged at 500.00 million ordinary shares. The firm held no treasury shares as of 30 June 2026, mirroring the position at the end of May 2026.

• Public Float: Management confirmed adherence to the Main Board’s minimum 25 per cent public float threshold, ensuring sufficient liquidity in the market.

• Corporate Actions: The filing indicates no new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations in June.

• Share Scheme: K Cash reiterated that its share incentive scheme, originally approved on 31 October 2023 and effective from the company’s Main Board listing on 5 December 2023, remained in place without any new grants during the month.

The return was certified by Company Secretary Lai Siu Kuen on 2 July 2026, affirming compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
