2026年5月29日，映恩生物-B（股票代码：09606）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日回购4.2万股普通股，占当日回购前已发行股本约0.0464%。回购价格介于每股210.40港元至228.40港元，总耗资约9,374,180港元（约937.42万港元），并将回购股份列作库藏股。此外，公司亦向非发行人的董事（并非根据股份期权计划）合计发行2万股新股，发行价每股213.171港元，对应金额约4,263,420港元（约426.34万港元），占已发行股本约0.0221%。
回购及新股发行完成后，公司已发行股本由原先的90,497,614股调整为90,475,614股，库藏股数量增至119,800股。据披露，映恩生物-B于2025年6月20日获批准的购回授权可回购股份总数为8,803,626股，截至目前累计已回购119,800股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约0.14%。
公司表示，已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则及适用法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书袁佳丽签署。
