Palinda Group Keeps Share Capital Steady in April; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Palinda Group Holdings Limited reported no changes in its share structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to the company’s latest submission to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited dated 5 May 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at HKD 1.00 billion, corresponding to 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 1.91 billion, and the company held no treasury shares as of month-end.

Throughout April, Palinda Group executed no share issuances, repurchases, conversions, option exercises, warrant allotments or other equity-linked transactions. Consequently, the total number of issued shares stayed flat, and there were no movements under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles or other share-related agreements.

The board confirmed that the company continued to satisfy the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares. All statutory and listing-rule obligations related to share capital maintenance were declared fulfilled, as certified by Director Huang Wei in the filing.
