普华和顺（01358）于2026年7月20日发布公告，披露公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购了400,000股普通股，占该次权益变动前已发行股本的约0.0279%。本次回购每股价格在1.05港元至1.06港元之间，合计耗资约42.20万港元。
公告显示，本次回购未导致公司已发行股本总数（不含任何库藏股）发生变更，截至当日，公司已发行股本仍为1,433,241,098股，库藏股数量为零。公司表示，此次股份回购的授权决议于2026年6月26日获批准，截至目前已根据该授权于香港联交所及其他交易市场合计回购2,017,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.1398%，仍可回购144,285,509股。
公司确认，本次回购活动严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规之规定。公告由公司董事张月娥签署。
