合丰集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度录得收益1.315亿港元，较2024财年的2.115亿港元减少37.9%，主要由于客户订单减少。销售成本相应由1.937亿港元降至1.215亿港元，但降幅仍低于收益跌幅，令毛利率由8.4%降至7.6%。息税折旧摊销前盈利从2790万港元下降至2190万港元。

业务方面，集团在中国从事箱板纸及瓦楞包装两大分部的制造与销售。2025财年全部1.315亿港元收益均来自瓦楞包装销售，而箱板纸分部录得6580万港元分部亏损，瓦楞包装分部亏损为1010万港元。报告期末，集团共有约187名全职员工，并提供具竞争力的薪酬及或然性激励安排。董事会包括三名独立非执行董事，审核委员会已审阅风险管理及财务申报相关事宜。2025财年并无宣派或拟派股息。
