BJ ENERGY INTL (00686) announced that on December 24, 2025, Beijing Jingyun (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as the employer) signed a PC contract with China Construction Second Engineering Bureau (as the contractor). Under the agreement, the contractor will provide PC services to Beijing Jingyun for the construction of a PC project, with a total contract value of approximately RMB 136 million (tax inclusive).
The scope of the project involves China Construction Second Engineering Bureau acting as the PC contractor to deliver services for a 60 MW photovoltaic power generation project located in Mujiayu Town, Miyun County, Beijing. The PC services encompass equipment procurement, construction, installation, testing, trial operation, final delivery, external transmission line engineering, and related coordination. Additionally, the contractor will handle all regulatory approvals and compliance procedures for the project while bearing associated costs.
China Construction Second Engineering Bureau is responsible for completing the construction and addressing any defects or malfunctions during the one-year warranty period post-completion.
This agreement aligns with BJ ENERGY INTL's strategy to expand its clean and renewable energy portfolio while optimizing its business structure. The board of directors has reviewed the PC contract and deemed its terms fair and reasonable, concluding that the transaction is conducted on normal commercial terms and in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
