中国金融投资管理(股份代号：605)公布，旗下全资附属公司深圳市领达小额贷款有限公司于2025年12月22日与客户FM签订贷款协议，贷款本金金额为人民币2,998万元，年利率11厘，期限六个月。贷款以一般营运资金发放，并由个人担保人提供担保。该贷款利息按月归还，本金于到期时偿还。
客户FM为中国成立的有限责任合伙企业，从事企业管理业务，与集团此前并无业务往来。考虑到借款人的资产净值及相对短期的还款周期，内部信贷评估显示风险处于可控范围。
由于该交易按香港上市规则第14.07条计算的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此根据上市规则第14章构成须予披露交易，并需遵守相应的通知及公告规定。根据公告内容，该笔贷款被视为在集团日常及一般业务过程中发生，贷款条款在参照市场条件后由双方公平磋商确定。管理层认为此类财务资助可通过利息收入带来相对稳定的收益及现金流。
