Mar 27

ZG GROUP (stock short name: ZG GROUP-W; stock code: 06676) confirmed that shareholders approved a special resolution on 16 January 2026 to change the company’s Chinese name from “找鋼產業互聯集團” to “找鋼網集團”. The Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies issued a certificate of incorporation on the same day, and the Hong Kong Registrar of Companies registered the new name on 19 March 2026.

Effective 1 April 2026 at 09:00, the Chinese stock short name on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will switch to “找鋼網-W”, replacing “找鋼集團-W”. The English stock short name “ZG GROUP-W” and the numerical stock code 06676 remain unchanged.

For the company’s listed warrants (warrant code: 2572), the Chinese short name will change to “找鋼網三零”, superseding “找鋼集團三零”, while the English warrant short name “ZG GROUP W30” stays the same.

The rebranding has no impact on shareholder rights, trading arrangements, or the firm’s financial position. Existing share and warrant certificates bearing the previous name remain valid for all settlement and delivery purposes; no exchange of certificates is required. New certificates issued from 1 April 2026 will display the updated company name.

ZG GROUP has also introduced a new corporate logo to align with the updated branding. The company’s board of directors is chaired by Wang Dong, with a total of nine directors comprising executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive members.
