The sustained high passenger flow is underpinned by a synchronized upgrade in airport operational capacity. Throughout the summer travel period, all airport departments have worked in close coordination, ensuring seamless and efficient connections across every stage—from ground services to security screening, from check-in guidance to baggage handling.
Hu Yi, Deputy Manager of the Load Control Department at Guiyang Airport Co.'s Ground Services Company, noted that the airport has partnered with 48 airports across the country to launch cross-airline interline services and "one-ticket-to-the-end, baggage-through-check" operations. These initiatives include "three free" amenities—complimentary meals, free accommodation, and free lounge access—benefiting a total of 558,600 transit passengers with streamlined and convenient assistance.
