腾讯控股有限公司（股票代码：00700）于2026年5月19日公布翌日报表显示，公司于2026年5月18日及5月19日先后在香港联交所场内回购普通股1,112,000股和1,088,000股，分别占当日已发行股本约0.0122%及0.01193%。其中，5月19日的回购价介乎每股港币448.6元至468.6元，合共支付约500,933,696港元（折合约5.01亿港元）。
根据公告，经上述回购后，公司已发行股本总数仍为9,118,000,574股，库藏股数保持在0股。腾讯控股本次回购依据于2026年5月13日获股东通过的回购授权进行，授权可回购股份总数为911,799,163股。公告显示，自该授权生效以来，公司已累计回购2,200,000股股份，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.02413%。
公司确认，所有回购均符合法律法规及香港联交所证券上市规则的各项规定。公告由公司秘书刘淑仪签署。
