公司现任执行董事侯广凌先生已于2026年7月28日起辞任执行董事，原因系其拟投入更多时间处理个人事务。公告显示，侯先生确认其与董事会并无任何分歧，且就其离任并无需另行提请股东及香港联交所关注的事项。

同日，董事会委任刘志强先生为执行董事。刘先生现年39岁，拥有逾15年移动互联网技术研发及管理经验，自2026年7月28日起兼任公司首席技术官（CTO）。

履历显示，刘先生2008年6月取得吉林大学电子与信息工程学士学位，2011年6月获得中国科学技术大学通信与信息系统硕士学位。2011年至2014年，刘先生在北京多米在线科技股份有限公司任高级技术工程师；2015年至2026年，于公司控股实体旗下多家全资子公司任高级技术总监，并主导映客直播核心技术体系建设，推动技术中台、Web3及人工智能等项目落地。

刘先生已与公司签订自2026年7月28日起为期三年的服务合同，任期内每年将获得人民币2,000,000元酬金。根据公司章程及香港《上市规则》，其将任职至下届股东周年大会，并可于会上候选连任，随后需至少每三年一度轮值退任并可再度当选。

截至公告日，公司执行董事为奉佑生先生、刘志强先生；独立非执行董事为崔大伟先生、陈勇先生及郑丛楠女士。
