2026年6月3日，趣致集团发布截至2026年5月31日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司法定及注册股本维持为5,000,000,000股，面值每股0.00001美元，总额折合50,000美元，与上月保持不变。
截至本月末，公司已发行普通股（不含库存股）数量为264,898,646股，与上月底持平；库存股则从上月底的806,800股全部注销为0股，使得已发行股份总数由上月底的265,705,446股减少至264,898,646股。
根据公司于2021年9月22日采纳的股份激励计划，本月并无因行使期权而产生新增发行或库存在转让。月初结存的35,575,224份期权在本月内变动后结存数为0，报告期末可在该计划下发行或自库存转让的潜在股份数量为34,823,557股。
公司表示，截至报告期末，满足香港联交所关于最低公众持股量的规定。公告由董事长、执行董事兼首席执行官殷珏辉签署，公司确认遵守相关上市规则及法律法规。
