公告显示，回购授权于2025年6月20日获通过，根据该授权可回购的股份总数为664,808,177股。截至2026年5月28日，京东物流已累计回购13,945,300股，占授权通过之日公司已发行股本的约0.21%。本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持在6,672,481,772股，库藏股结余为零。
