Mainland Headwear reports stable share capital in June, 429.16 million shares in issue and compliant public float

Mainland Headwear Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming no changes to its share capital structure during the month.

Authorised and issued share capital • Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained at 429.16 million. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 429.16 million.

Public float and compliance • The company affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement as at 30 June 2026.

Share option schemes • Scheme 1 had 18.29 million options outstanding; none were exercised, lapsed or cancelled during the month. • Scheme 2 had no outstanding options, though it retains capacity to issue up to 42.92 million shares. • No new shares were issued and no funds were raised from option exercises in June.

Other instruments and corporate actions • The issuer reported no warrants, convertibles, other share issuance arrangements, or treasury-share movements for the month.

With no equity movements recorded, Mainland Headwear’s capital base and ownership structure remained steady through June 2026.
