中国淀粉控股有限公司（股票代码：03838）于2026年9月21日发布公告称，公司于当日再次进行股份购回。
本次公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股600万股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）5,725,237,043股的约0.1048%。每股回购价介乎港币0.179元至0.181元，合计付出1,079,950港元，折合约108.00万港元。
本次回购完成后，截至2026年9月21日，公司已发行股本总数维持为5,810,492,043股，其中5,719,237,043股为已发行股份（不包括库存股份），库存股份由85,255,000股增至91,255,000股。依据公司于2026年5月12日通过的购回授权，本次回购前公司可回购股份总数为596,449,204股，目前已累计回购221,355,000股，后续可回购剩余额度为375,094,204股。此外，公司表示在本次回购后至2026年10月21日期间，将暂停进行任何新股发行或库存股份出售或转让。
公司确认，上述回购行为符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例。本公告由公司秘书梁兆康签署。
