According to reports, Yadea Holdings (01585) saw its shares rise more than 6% in the morning session. As of press time, the stock was up 5.14% at HK$8.59, with a turnover of HK$66.2811 million.

On the news front, starting from July 2026, Hanoi will pilot time-based restrictions on fuel motorcycles in the central urban area; Indonesia has introduced electric motorcycle purchase subsidies since June and plans to promote large-scale electrification transformation of fuel motorcycles. Analysts pointed out that Southeast Asia's fuel motorcycle market has significant room, and against the backdrop of high oil prices, the trend of electric two-wheelers replacing fuel motorcycles is expected to accelerate.

Guosen Securities noted that Yadea has production bases in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. In 2026, Yadea's Bac Ninh factory in Vietnam will commence production, with an initial annual capacity of 1 million units, gradually planned to increase to over 2 million units; in 2025, the company will build a new factory in Indonesia, which upon completion will have an annual capacity of 3 million units; additionally, the company's production base in Thailand is also gradually being put into operation. The company will continue to expand its production scale in Southeast Asia and deepen its sales network. The overseas expansion of electric two-wheelers is expected to become a new growth point for the company.
