浙江同源康医药股份有限公司（“同源康医药-B”，02410）9月10日发布自愿公告称，公司董事长、执行董事兼总裁吴豫生博士于2026年9月8日至2026年9月10日期间，在公开市场累计购入公司H股635,000股，占已发行股本总额约0.17%，总对价约为2.09百万元港元。
公告显示，吴豫生博士计划视市场情况在此基础上继续增持，未来拟增持金额预计不超过3.0百万元港元。所有于2026年9月8日至2026年10月7日期间增持的股份自购入日起将被自愿锁定六个月，在锁定期内不得出售或以其他方式转让。
公司表示，截至本公告日期，相关增持后公司已发行股份的公众持股量仍符合《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》的要求。本次交易亦遵循了《上市规则》附录C3《上市发行人董事进行证券交易的标准守则》。
同源康医药-B强调，吴豫生博士此次及后续可能的增持举措，资金均来自其自有资金。
