威高股份（股票代码：01066）于2026年5月26日发布公告称，公司通过香港联交所场内回购股票10万股，约占回购前已发行股本0.0022%。此次回购价格于每股3.41港元至3.42港元之间，总计耗资约34.14万港元；回购股份将被持作库藏股。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持4,522,332,324股，其中库藏股数量增至56,496,000股。根据此前于2025年5月27日获得的购回授权，威高股份可回购最多451,560,392股，至今已在联交所及其他证券交易所合计回购49,847,600股，约占授权通过时公司已发行股本的11.039%。本次回购后，公司将继续遵守相关上市规则及法律规定，并确认本次回购已经过董事会正式授权。
公告由公司秘书黄妙玲代表签署。公司同时表示，按规定在本次回购完成后30天内，将暂缓新的股份发行或进一步出售/转让库藏股份，除非获得交易所批准。
