公司于2025年6月6日通过回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为41,789,776股，迄今已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购30,219,000股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库存股）的约7.2312%。另根据公告，本次股份购回后，公司将自2026年5月28日起至2026年6月27日止，暂停任何新股发行、出售或转让库存股份的安排。
公司确认，此次回购行为已获得董事会正式授权，并符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则以及其他相关法律法规规定。上述公告由公司秘书许叶丹签署。
