股权登记日定于2026年5月28日，除净日为2026年5月20日。为符合获取股息分派资格，股份过户文件须于2026年5月21日16时30分前递交，公司将于2026年5月22日至5月28日暂停办理股份过户登记手续。股息派发日为2026年6月30日。
公司同时披露了代扣所得税安排。对于非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址），将按10%的税率代扣代缴企业所得税。H股个人股东方面，香港或澳门居民以及与中国签订10%股息税率税收协议国家的居民，适用10%税率；与中国签订20%股息税率税收协议国家的居民、无税收协议国家的居民等，适用20%税率。内地个人投资者通过港股通投资H股取得的股息，亦按20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税。此外，若H股个人股东为与内地签订高于10%但低于20%股息税率税收协议国家的居民，公司将按协议实际税率执行代扣。
