Greenheart Group Limited has released the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report on both the company website (www.greenheartgroup.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the report electronically, reinforcing the firm’s preference for digital distribution.

Shareholders who previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies by mail. Those wishing to switch to printed versions—or to provide or update an email address for electronic delivery—must complete and return the accompanying Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The form can be submitted either by prepaid post or via email to 94-ecom@vistra.com.

The company emphasizes that maintaining a functional email address is each shareholder’s responsibility. Until an email address is provided, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices and any actionable corporate communications.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays). The notification was issued under the authority of Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Ding Wai Chuen on 17 September 2026.
