百胜中国（09987）于2026年8月23日发布公告，披露近期于香港联交所及美国市场的股份回购与股份发行情况。本次交易完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数增至342,230,879股。
公告显示，2026年8月19日公司于美国回购并于2026年8月20日注销股票61,959股，占变动前已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）的约0.02%，每股价格为48.42美元；2026年8月21日则因股份奖励计划向参与人发行2,238股新股，每股价格49.52美元。上述交易后，公司已发行股份数为342,230,879股。
同日，公司还披露在香港联交所场内回购22,050股普通股，回购价介乎每股383.80港元至389.60港元，总金额8,518,170.78港元；并于纽约证券交易所回购66,648股普通股，回购价介乎每股49.19美元至49.46美元，总金额3,299,949.09美元。
根据公告，百胜中国此次回购基于2026年5月28日通过的股份回购授权。公司可依该授权回购的股份总数为34,664,620股，截至目前，已累计回购5,471,040股，约占授权通过时公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的1.58%。
公司在公告中确认，本次回购符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他适用法规。上述公告由公司联席公司秘书张玲签署。
