Hong Kong, 4 June 2026—BlackRock, Inc. has disclosed a series of transactions that increased its stake in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. to just above the 6 % mark, according to a Public Disclosure Form filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
On 3 June 2026, BlackRock executed six on-market trades in ENN Energy shares. The asset manager bought a total of 555,300 shares at prices ranging from HK$53.05 to HK$53.28 per share, while disposing of 102,300 shares at approximately HK$53.20 each. The additional holding lifted BlackRock’s position from 67.42 million shares (5.96 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital) to 67.96 million shares, representing 6.00 % of the company’s outstanding shares. Crossing the 6 % threshold triggered the mandatory public disclosure.
BlackRock is classified as a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy due to its shareholding status, and the transactions were conducted on behalf of discretionary investment clients.
The disclosure forms part of the ongoing privatisation process of ENN Energy by way of a scheme of arrangement, which requires heightened transparency around dealings in the company’s securities under the Hong Kong Takeovers Code.
