2026年8月25日，烨星集团（01941）公布正面盈利预告。公司董事会根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，预计本集团期内录得本公司拥有人应占溢利及全面收益总额约20.0百万元至25.0百万元，而2025年同期为约12.8百万元。
公司指出，本期盈利增长主要源于以下两方面： 1. 报告期内毛利增加； 2. 报告期内应收关联方减值亏损回拨增加。
烨星集团表示，目前正落实中期业绩，有关数据尚未经公司核数师及审计委员会审核，最终业绩将以2026年8月27日公布的中期业绩公告为准。
