根据公告，意大利部长会议主席于2026年3月3日依据当地“黄金权力法”明确对本次收购授予授权，且未附加任何条件、承诺或要求。Azúr a.s.指出，公告所述收购要约中的关键条件已满足，将在适当时机发布进一步消息。
公告提及，意大利方面认可法拉帝的战略重要性，同时也认为由于本次股权增持尚未触发行使特殊权力的条件，因而允许相关收购要约继续推进。KKCG Maritime及KKCG Group AG就本公告所载信息的准确性承担全部责任。有关要约后续进展仍有待后续公告说明。
