公司指出，利润下滑主要受两方面因素驱动： 1. 金融及合约资产减值亏损净额同比增加； 2. 集团毛利率下滑，具体体现在： - 物业管理服务板块为提升客户满意度而增加成本，导致毛利率下降； - 受内地房地产市场下行及消费信心疲弱影响，高毛利的社区增值服务和非业主增值服务收入收缩。

若剔除金融及合约资产减值、按公允价值计量且其变动计入损益的金融资产公允价值变动、处置附属公司收益或亏损、以股份为基础的付款及相关所得税影响，股东应占核心净利润预计同比下降幅度不超过10%。以2024年度2.94亿元核心净利润计算，2025年度核心净利润下限约为2.65亿元。
