2026年7月21日晚，阳光纸业（02002）公告称，全资子公司昌乐新迈纸业有限公司与海发宝诚融资租赁有限公司签署销售合同及融资租赁合同，进行设备售后回租融资，总额1.73亿元。
根据销售合同，新迈纸业将位于山东潍坊昌乐经济开发区厂房的流浆箱、纵切机、DCS系统等若干涂布白面牛卡纸生产设备以1.60亿元出售予海发宝诚。该批设备于2026年7月11日的未经审计账面值约为2.03亿元，评估价值约为1.62亿元。
融资租赁合同显示，海发宝诚完成购买后将相关设备租回给新迈纸业，租赁期限3年，租金总额1.73亿元，其中租赁本金1.60亿元、利息1,307.60万元。租金按季度分12期支付。新迈纸业履约完毕后，设备所有权将以零对价回归新迈纸业。
为保障履约，山东世纪阳光纸业集团有限公司、山东华迈纸业有限公司及昌乐盛世热电有限公司将向海发宝诚提供连带责任担保。
按香港《上市规则》第14章计算，交易相关适用百分比率介于5%至25%之间，构成须予披露交易，须履行公告及申报义务。公司表示，本次融资租赁安排有助于补充集团营运资金。
