On September 3rd, MINIEYE (02431) announced a formal strategic partnership with China Post Group Corporation Shenzhen Branch (referred to as "Shenzhen Postal") and Shenzhen Eastern Public Transportation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Eastern Bus"). MINIEYE, Shenzhen Postal, and Eastern Bus each possess distinct advantages in their respective fields with strong complementarity, establishing a solid foundation for cooperation with extensive collaboration areas and broad development prospects.

This strategic cooperation is not a short-term alliance in a single field, but rather a systematic deployment focusing on two core livelihood scenarios: "logistics + public transport." MINIEYE serves as the technology and product supplier, Shenzhen Postal provides scenario implementation support, and Eastern Bus acts as the unmanned vehicle platform provider, aimed at improving public resource utilization efficiency.

MINIEYE Chairman Liu Guoqing (back row, left) and Vice President Guo Long (front row, left) attended the strategic cooperation signing ceremony. The three parties reached a high consensus during the signing: leveraging their respective core resources and channel advantages as the foundation, using business synergy as the link, they will deeply explore cross-sector cooperation entry points to build long-term stable, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships.

The cooperation will advance in four major directions: integrated application of unmanned logistics vehicles with public transport scenarios, composite utilization of bus station spaces, cross-scenario business expansion, and collaborative innovation in labor employment. The initiative aims to break traditional industry barriers and achieve dual improvements in logistics efficiency and public resource utilization rates.

Based on the comprehensive L1-L4 intelligent driving technology capabilities built over many years and accumulated front-loading mass production experience, MINIEYE is using AI to construct more intelligent, safe, and efficient smart delivery models. The cooperation between MINIEYE, Shenzhen Postal, and Eastern Bus is expected to focus on innovating the integration mechanism between urban delivery systems and public transportation networks. Through the "public transport resource unmanned vehicle platform reuse" model, it will effectively reduce redundant costs for enterprises in warehousing and transportation links, while providing low-cost, highly adaptable solutions for large-scale implementation of urban unmanned logistics scenarios. This will help the three parties jointly build a city-level "logistics + public transport" integrated innovation testing ground, providing replicable cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement samples for the entire industry.

For MINIEYE, the implementation of this three-party cooperation represents not only resource complementarity between enterprises, but also a key practice in formally entering the unmanned logistics industry as an "intelligent vehicle enabler," promoting efficient utilization of social resources and upgrading livelihood services.

In the future, MINIEYE will continue to use technology and products as its tool to write more answers for cost reduction, quality improvement, and public benefit on the blueprint of intelligent transportation and logistics, contributing to building a more efficient urban operational ecosystem.
