GSH Corporation Limited announced on Feb, 26 2026 that it has launched five new tranches of commercial paper on the digital securities platform ADDX under its existing Commercial Paper Facility Programme.

The offerings comprise:

• G015 Issue – 105-day tenor at 3.95% per annum; • G614 Issue – 196-day tenor at 4.15% per annum; • G904A1 Issue – 287-day tenor at 4.45% per annum; • G904A2 Issue – 287-day tenor at 5.0% per annum (minimum subscription 1.0 million Singapore dollars); • G904B Issue – 287-day tenor at 4.45% per annum.

GSH Corporation expects to raise about 45 million Singapore dollars from the five issues, with the final amount subject to the board’s discretion. The company said it will provide further updates on any material developments related to the programme and the new issuances.
