中远海运发展股份有限公司(02866)公布，2025年末期股息每股人民币0.015元（含适用税项）已于6月30日举行的股东周年大会上获正式批准。该股息将分别以人民币支付予A股股东及通过沪港通或深港通投资H股的境内投资者，并以港元支付予其他H股股东。按中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港元汇率中间价平均值计算，每股H股应付股息为0.01725港元（含税）。
H股股东的除净日定为2026年7月10日，股权登记日为7月17日。为确定有权收取末期股息的H股股东，公司H股股东名册将于7月14日至17日（含首尾两日）暂停办理登记，H股股东须于7月13日下午4时30分前递交所有过户文件。此次派息日预计为7月31日或前后，收款代理人将以平邮方式寄发支票。公司已回购但尚未注销的41,556,100股A股及24,043,000股H股，将无权收取本次末期股息。
