中核国际有限公司（股票代码：02302）在香港联合交易所有限公司上市。根据最新公告，公司董事会已获授权，可于相关期间内回购不超过截至相关决议日已发行股本（不含库存股）的10%。公司目前已发行股份总数为489,168,308股，按此计算最高回购规模可达48,916,830股。该计划所需资金将根据开曼群岛公司法及上市规则规定，从公司可合法动用的资本或利润中拨付。董事会表示，回购旨在提升股东回报及优化资本结构，并认为此举符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。

公告显示，自2025年4月至2026年4月，公司于香港市场的月度最高交易价为港币8.80元（2026年3月），月度最低交易价为港币1.51元（2025年4月）。公司强调，若进行回购，将综合考虑市况和资金状况，不会对财务稳定造成重大影响。董事会亦重申，将严格遵守联交所及相关法律法规对回购事项的要求。

公司已公告将于2026年5月29日召开股东周年大会审议相关决议，并将于5月26日至5月29日暂停办理股份过户。公司提醒所有股东，于会议期间可就此购回授权事项行使投票权，相关授权如获正式批准，将视市况适时推行。公司同时表示，全面行使回购授权后仍将确保上市规则规定的公众持股量要求。
