It has released the country's first open-source common infrastructure for intelligent agents, providing OPCs with a secure and controllable operational base for intelligent agents. In collaboration with leading domestic AI open-source communities, it has built a full-cycle growth service system for OPCs, offering one-stop services from technical exchange and resource matching to commercial implementation. It took the lead in issuing OPC talent recognition standards, incorporating eligible OPCs into the Yicheng Talent System, and supporting them with social security continuation during the entrepreneurial transition period and an insurance safety net mechanism, providing worry-free guarantees for OPC talent entrepreneurship. It issued the nation's first virtual idol identity certification, innovating a sandbox approval mechanism that allows pilot enterprises to conduct commercial performances with digital humans within the sandbox, accelerating the commercialization process of new business formats. It established the country's first full-cycle service station focused on AI super-individuals, providing one-stop services including government affairs handling, growth counseling, and resource linking, achieving business license processing within half an hour, and has already provided efficient services to over a hundred enterprises.
Currently, the area has gathered over 500 high-quality OPCs, with innovative achievements accelerating. Several AI video works have won major domestic and international awards, including at the Beijing International Film Festival and the Busan International Film Festival, and several phenomenon-level IPs have achieved widespread breakout dissemination online. Sustained Enhancement of Element Supply Capability
It will strengthen the computing power foundation for the intelligent economy, deepen computing-power coordination and hardware optimization, and reinforce computing power infrastructure construction, aiming to exceed 100,000 P of area-wide computing power scale during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. It will issue special measures to support OPC development, innovatively launching a multi-voucher support system covering all development stages of OPCs to accelerate their high-quality development throughout their lifecycle.
