4月29日，中国奥园(03883)刊发翌日披露报表，显示公司于2026年4月29日因转换2024年3月20日发行的2028年到期强制性可转换债券，分三次合计配发1,141,001股新股份，分别为151,819股、76,752股及912,430股，占本次发行前公司已发行股本约0.025%。每股发行价为0.66港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股本由4,598,210,252股增至4,599,351,253股。公告称，上述股份发行已获董事会正式授权，亦遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书汪美珊签署。
