消息指出，迪克体育用品 正接近达成协议，以约23亿美元收购富乐客，双方商讨的交易价格为每股24美元，较其上一交易日收盘价溢价约86.5%，该交易最早可能于周四敲定。
此前因取消2025年业绩预测股价大跌的 联合健康 ，周四夜盘再跌8%，截至发稿报285.05美元，跌幅7.45%：
据悉，美国司法部正在调查联合健康集团的医疗保险账单操作，而该医疗保险公司表示，其并未获悉任何正在进行的新调查。
知情人士称，这项近几个月启动的民事欺诈调查正在审查该公司记录触发其医疗保险优势计划额外付款的诊断的做法。过去几个月，该报刊登了一系列报道，详细描述了联合健康集团如何利用联邦医疗保险计费规则牟利。
