Sino Land has unveiled its annual performance for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, demonstrating robust financial growth across key metrics.
The group generated revenue of HK$9.273 billion during the period, marking a solid 13.32% increase year-on-year. This top-line expansion was accompanied by a notable rise in profitability, with profit attributable to shareholders reaching HK$4.589 billion, up 14.18% compared to the prior year.
Earnings per share stood at HK$0.49 on a basic basis, reflecting the improved earnings power. In a move to reward shareholders, the company has proposed a final dividend of HK$0.43 per share, underscoring its commitment to delivering consistent returns.
