YUEXIU SERVICES (06626) announced that Zhang Jianguo has resigned from his position as non-executive director effective September 8, 2025, due to work changes within Yuexiu Property Group. Following his resignation, he will also cease to serve as a member of the Investment Committee under the Board of Directors.
