Yunnan Water Investment Co., Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 31 August 2026 to consider and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and authorise their release.

The notice, dated 13 August 2026 and issued from Kunming, confirms that Chairman Zhu Zhen will preside over the meeting. Other executive directors include Vice-Chairman Zheng Guangfeng and Liu Hui; non-executive directors are Li Zhengzheng, Xia Lin and Duan Tao; independent non-executive directors comprise Liu Shuen Kong, Zhong Wei and Zhou Beihai.
